„Ading an escape“ is criminalized, for example at the so-called „Fluchthilfeprozess“ 2014 in Wiener Neustadt. Eight Refugees partially active in Vienna Refugee protest from Pakistan, Afghanistan and India, have been arrested for „smuggling“ in the context of a criminal association. They were 6 or 8 months in pre-trial detention and found after 43 days process partially guilty.
